Marine cargo insurance

This policy covers the cargo in accordance with the issued Clauses by the LLOYD market in London "A", "B" and "C"

                              

Type of losses Covered by Institute Cargo Clauses "A":

 This insurance covers all risks of loss of or damage to the subject matter insured except what is excluded.

 

Type of losses Covered by Institute Cargo Clauses "B":

This insurance covers the following risks of loss of or damage to the subject matter:

• Fire or explosion.

• Vessel or craft being stranded grounded sunk or capsized

• Collision or contact of vessel craft or conveyance with any external object other than water

• Jettison or washing overboard

• Earthquake volcanic eruption or lightning,

• Total loss of any package lost overboard or dropped whilst loading on to, or unloading from, vessel or craft.

 

Type of losses Covered by Institute Cargo Clauses "C":

This insurance covers the following risks of loss of or damage to the subject matter

•  Fire or explosion.

• Vessel or craft being stranded grounded sunk or capsized.

• Discharge of cargo at a port of distress, Loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured caused by General average sacrifice,

• Jettison.

• Earthquake volcanic eruption or lightning.

 

Total loss only :This insurance covers the risks of loss of or damage to the subject matter arising from Fire, sunk or explosion

 

Inland cargo insurance :This insurance covers the risks of loss of or damage to the subject matter arising from fire, collision, sunk and overturning to the carrying vehicle.

 

Marine Hull insurance

This insurance covers the risks of loss or damage to the vessel resulting from fire, sunk or collision
