This policy covers , within the limits of the terms, conditions, exceptions and limits of liability contained therein, the legally established civil liability of the participant (diving center or other activities) that he may be exposed to for bodily injuries,  and/or death towards third parties, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 163 to 174 and Article 178 of the Egyptian Civil Code, pursuant to a final judicial ruling, resulting from the participant (diving center or other activities) practicing his licensed activity.
